Job Title: Specialist – Engineering Processes Location: Noida Role Summary: Pentair is seeking a dynamic and experienced Specialist/Asst. Manager to lead the definition, optimization, and governance of engineering and product commercialization processes. This role demands strong cross-functional collaboration, process ownership, and technical expertise in tools like Accolade, Jira, and Confluence. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a solid background in staged gate product development processes and a passion for driving operational excellence across globally distributed teams. Key Responsibilities:  Drive efforts to define new engineering and product commercialization processes.  Collaborate with global leaders to refine and optimize existing workflows to enhance efficiency and compliance.  Partner with Engineering, Product Management, Marketing, Sales, Finance, Legal, and other departments to ensure seamless process integration and adoption.  Develop training materials and deliver engaging in-person or virtual sessions to onboard teams to new or updated processes.  Define audit frameworks and conduct regular assessments to ensure process adherence.  Lead a team of Accolade configurators and QA specialists.  Drive tool upgrades and address user requests efficiently.  Participate in governance councils to evaluate and prioritize change requests aligned with business strategy.  Leverage excellent written and oral communication skills to align business strategies with execution across global stakeholders.  Conduct remote/in-person Kaizen events with globally distributed participants, ensuring objectives are met and improvements are implemented. Required Skills & Qualifications:  Overall experience of 8-10 years.  Strong process insight and cross-functional experience.  Exceptional oral and written communication and presentation skills.  Proven experience in conducting training sessions.  Engineering background with hands-on experience in PPM tools like Accolade.  Proficiency in Jira and Confluence.  Solid understanding of staged gate product development processes. (NPD, VAVE, Alpha/Beta etc.)  Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies.
