It is urgent.The RoleThe Head of Education Technology — India will lead our country strategy, partnerships, and product adaptation for the entire UniAcadem portfolio.India is one of three strategic markets — alongside the United States and our broader global business — and the leader of this role will sit on the global executive team that sets direction across all three. The decisions made here will shape how UniAcadem expands into every other emerging higher education market in the world.This is a country-builder role.You will:→ Set the India go-to-market strategy across every UniAcadem subsidiary → Build the founding institutional partnerships — the IITs, IIMs, central universities, state universities, and leading private institutions that will define our category in India → Adapt the platform for Indian regulatory, linguistic, and pedagogical context → Hire and lead the founding India team across product, partnerships, and engineering → Engage with UGC, AICTE, the Ministry of Education, and state higher education bodies → Represent UniAcadem in the Indian higher education conversation — at conferences, in policy forums, in the press → Serve as a member of UniAcadem's global leadership team, with a direct line to the CEOWe do not require a specific degree, gender, background, or pedigree.We require operating excellence and mission alignment.
