Job Title: Admission CounselorLocation: NoidaDepartment: Online UG/PG CoursesEmployment Type: Full-timeExperience Required: 0.6- 2 YearsAbout the Role:As an Admission Counselor, you will be responsible for guiding students through the admission process, helping them make informed decisions about their educational and career goals. You will play a key role in driving admissions and achieving enrollment targets.Key Responsibilities:- Counsel and guide students regarding academic programs, admission requirements, and career options. - Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and walk-ins to provide information about courses and admission procedures. - Convert student inquiries into successful enrollments through effective communication and follow-up. - Maintain accurate student databases and track all interactions in CRM systems. - Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students and parents. - Assist students with documentation, form-filling, and fee payment processes. - Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets. - Participate in webinars, counseling sessions, and promotional activities.Required Skills & Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Education, Business, or Psychology preferred). - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong, convincing, and negotiation abilities. - Good command of English and Hindi (additional regional languages will be a plus). - Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools. - Prior experience in counseling, EdTech, or education sales is an added advantage.Key Competencies:- Student-focused and empathetic approach. - Goal-oriented and self-motivated. - Quick learner with problem-solving attitude. - Team player with a positive outlook. - Growth Opportunities: - Performance-based incentives and bonuses. - Opportunity to move into senior counselor, team leader, or business development roles. - Exposure to a fast-growing education and career guidance environment.
