This is a target-driven sales role focused on generating admissions, nurturing leads, and ensuring smooth communication between students and the institution.Key Responsibilities 1. Lead Management & Conversion- Handle incoming inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, emails, and walk-ins. - Counsel prospective students about course offerings, career outcomes, and admission requirements. - Convert leads into admissions by understanding student needs and aligning them to suitable programs. - Maintain high follow-up discipline as per CRM guidelines.2. Sales & Targets- Achieve monthly admission targets assigned by the business team. - Participate in promotional campaigns, outreach activities, and marketing events. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with students to maximize conversions.3. Client Support (Pre-Admission)- Assist candidates in documenting and completing the enrollment process. - Provide clarity on curriculum, fees, timelines, and academic expectations.4.
