Associate Principal - Game Producer

Aristocrat has established itself as a leader in digital casino gaming over the past decade. To strengthen it further, it is expanding digital gaming in the iGaming domain. Aristocrat India is taking advantage of this opportunity to establish a new team to pursue this business initiative. Games Producers at Meraki play a key and central role in bringing new games to life from conception to completion, working on multiple projects with multiple teams, internal and external. This includes producing original in-house titles, as well as real money online mobile and desktop adaptations of acclaimed land-based Aristocrat slots.The Person will work closely with all Stakeholders to address both Strategic and Tactical levels, guiding the development of Projects throughout their production life cycle.What You Will Do:Drive the vision of the game from inception to final deliverableWork in collaboration with Games Mathematicians and Games Prototypers to define, maintain, and document game design requirementsBrief game requirements into game artists, animators, audio and developers and continue to work with them throughout the development phase, including running daily stand-ups, as well as keep track of the project progress, liaise with project managers, mathematicians and key stakeholders to ensure the original vision is executed to an excellent level under agreed budget and timelinesProduct testing and review, identifying any core user experience issues, and prioritizing any feedbackTo keep open and continual communications with your manager and your team with regards to workload and projectsAnalyze competitors’ and in-house productsKeep an eye on what is on trend in social casino, real casino industries, and other media.To work on any other reasonable task requested by your senior managerParticipation in after-business-hours calls as per business need.Key Skills/ExperienceProven experience of delivering high-performing slots in the gambling sectorAbility to write and maintain game design documentationExcellent presentation skillsUnderstand what makes a game appealing and fun to playAble to assess the market, trends, and marketing insightsAble to take responsibility for organizing work within the production schedule, managing file,s and meeting deadlinesStrong understanding of time and priority managementAble to mock up ideas on paper and digitallyWhat We're Looking ForBachelor’s degree in art (or in any discipline) with 9-12 years of experience in Art/Tech Art Field with some project management experience3+ years of experience in the slot gaming industryAbility to collaborate in a global, diverse, and face-paced environment, across multiple time zones and build consensus and drive resultsExcellent attention to detailStrong Communicator, Collaborative, highly organized, Curios, Respectful, Flexible and Player focusedEmbraces “Being Bold” – not afraid to propose new ideas, embrace new challenges, suggest changes, etc.Deadline-oriented, but still flexiblePrepared to switch focus whilst handling multiple projects in an organized way, as well as on an ad hoc basisAble to work as part of a team and under own initiativePassion for gambling and its surrounding theories and models, especially slots
