Position Title: Associate Manager – SAARTHI ProgramDepartment: Academic Excellence / Teacher OperationsLocation: NoidaAbout SARTHI:The SAARTHI program at Physics Wallah is a premium academic handholding and mentoring initiative for JEE, NEET, and Foundation students. It provides personalized academic and non-academic support through dedicated faculty, one-on-one interactions, and structured engagement plans. SARTHI plays a crucial role in enhancing student experience, retention, and performance.Role Overview:As an Associate Manager in the SAARTHI Program, you will be responsible for overseeing and streamlining the auditing ecosystem, driving teacher onboarding and performance tracking, ensuring high-quality student experience, and supporting teacher evaluation, training, and test benchmarking. You will work closely with Academic Operations and Teacher Excellence teams to ensure delivery excellence and measurable student outcomes.Key Responsibilities:1. Auditing and Quality Assurance- Lead the execution and improvement of the SAARTHI teacher auditing framework (L1, L2). - Track, analyze, and act on triggers like low session/chat ratings, delayed responses, red flags, and escalations. - Maintain audit logs, generate insights, and prepare monthly/quarterly audit reports for internal reviews.2. Faculty Management & Onboarding- Manage the end-to-end onboarding process of new SAARTHI teachers, ensuring timely induction, platform training, and documentation. - Maintain teacher allocation sheets and ensure real-time teacher-student mapping. - Support hiring team by coordinating demo evaluations, feedback documentation, and cohort allocation.3. Teacher Training & Evaluation- Coordinate and track all phases of faculty evaluation tests – full-length, chapter-level, DPP submissions, and performance reviews. - Work with SMEs to document strengths/gaps and drive targeted training interventions. - Manage leaderboards, PIP (Performance Improvement Plan) implementation, and recognition frameworks.4. Student Experience & Delivery Monitoring- Monitor daily delivery quality across live chat/video doubt resolution and planned session execution. - Work with coordinators and ops team to resolve delivery issues and ensure faculty adherence to KRAs/KPIs. - Capture and act on student feedback, including NPS and session ratings, to improve teacher-student interaction quality.Key Requirements:- 3 to 6 years of experience in EdTech, academic operations, training, or similar domains. - Strong analytical and documentation skills; experience with Google Sheets, dashboards, and reporting tools. - Ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders (faculty, ops, product, leadership). - Passion for student success and teacher enablement. - Excellent communication and process management skills.Preferred Qualifications:- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a reputed institute. - Exposure to teacher management systems, LMS, or EdTech training platforms. - Experience in faculty performance evaluation and academic quality control.What You’ll Gain:- High-growth role in one of India’s most impactful EdTech ecosystems. - Opportunity to work on a scale product (1L+ students) with structured teacher engagement. - Ownership of processes that directly shape student learning experience and outcomes.Interested candidates can email CV @
