Job Title: Assistant Manager- Program & Growth BU: Study Abroad Experience Required: 2–3 years Location: Noida- Sec 125 Compensation: ₹10 LPA – 13 LPA Shift Details: Mon–Fri | 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM | Work From Office About the Role: We’re looking for a program management-driven growth professional to lead multiple high-impact initiatives. The Assistant Manager- Program & Growth will be responsible for owning GTM strategy, enabling scalable growth, and ensuring smooth execution of programs. This role demands strong stakeholder management, hands-on execution, and the ability to blend strategy with operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: Go-To-Market Strategy & Execution Design and implement GTM plans for new and existing projects. Define customer personas, market segmentation, and positioning. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure strategic alignment. Program & Stakeholder Management Manage end-to-end program execution, ensuring timely delivery and high quality. Act as a bridge between Product, Marketing, Sales, Academics, and Operations teams. Drive effective stakeholder communication and alignment on project goals. Website & Digital Assets Management Oversee creation, updates, and management of website content and structure. Conduct regular quality checks to ensure accuracy, consistency, and user-friendliness. Webinars & Growth Enablement Plan and execute impactful webinars and events to boost awareness and conversions. Track engagement and leverage insights to refine outreach strategies. Requirements: 2–3 years of experience in Growth, GTM, Strategy, or Program Management roles (EdTech, Consulting, or high-growth startups preferred). Strong program and stakeholder management skills with a proven ability to deliver outcomes. Experience in website management and ensuring quality through checks/reviews. Exposure to building GTM plans, growth models, and product marketing strategies. Hands-on experience in planning/executing webinars/events is an advantage. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams. High ownership, agility, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
