This role is critical in ensuring seamless financial transactions and maintaining high standards of service for our banking partners.Key Responsibilities:Process Management: Handle back-office banking tasks including data entry, KYC verification, and transaction processing.Query Resolution: Address and resolve customer concerns via email or chat related to banking products and services.Compliance: Strictly adhere to banking regulations, data privacy policies, and internal SOPs.Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update the database in real-time.Efficiency: Meet daily productivity targets while maintaining 100% accuracy in financial data handling.Candidate Requirements:Education: Mandatory Graduate (Any stream).
