Retail Agri - Cluster Head

Job Purpose: To ensure business development of Retail Agri for the cluster assigned across all parameters, Business, Portfolio & Portfolio quality, housekeeping & cross sell.Lead a result-oriented team and responsible for achieving the Cluster’s sales / recovery targets, to work on high quality service and customer relationship management.To work on productivity of team as per the bank's norms and compliance with banking rules, regulations & procedures.Job Responsibilities(JR) : Business development of Retail Agri and Working Capital: to achieve budgeted business targets of the region assigned by the management across all parameters, i.e. Business, Portfolio & Portfolio quality, housekeeping & cross sell, Customer service & Competition Analysis, Team Management, Cross functional Management. Educational Qualifications : Any Graduate can applyKey Skills if any- Preferably MBA, minimum Graduate with more than 5 years of Collection experience across various industries like banking, NBFC.Interested Candidate may share updated CV on Total Work Exp. required - 8 to 10 years plus Sourcing industry -Banking and NBFC
