We help enterprises automate complex workflows, monitor field operations, and extract real-time insights from structured and unstructured data.We are looking for a Process Associate to support high-volume, accuracy-critical operational workflows across data processing, document handling, validation, and reporting.Role OverviewAs a Process Associate, you will work on day-to-day operational tasks that require close attention to detail, speed, and consistency. You will support internal teams by processing, validating, and updating records, ensuring workflows meet defined SLAs and quality benchmarks. This role is ideal for someone who is process-driven, comfortable working with data, and eager to learn enterprise operations.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess Execution and Operations Support Execute assigned workflows such as data entry, verification, reconciliation, and document processing Follow defined SOPs and checklists to ensure consistent and compliant output Maintain accurate records in internal tools, trackers, and workflow systemsData Accuracy and Quality Control Validate outputs for completeness, correctness, and formatting standards Identify mismatches, missing fields, or anomalies and escalate to the lead when required Support periodic QA reviews and rework tasks to maintain quality thresholdsSLA and Productivity Management Deliver tasks within timelines while meeting daily/weekly productivity targets Track progress against queues and update status reports as needed Support peak workload handling and time-sensitive processing requirementsCollaboration and Continuous Improvement Coordinate with team leads, operations managers, and cross-functional stakeholders Share recurring issues, edge cases, and process gaps to improve SOPs Assist in documenting workflow changes and updating templates or checklistsRequired Qualifications and Skills 0–2+ years of experience in operations, back-office processing, data entry, or support roles Strong attention to detail and comfort working with repetitive, high-volume tasks Basic proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets (filters, sorting, simple formulas) Good written communication for internal updates and issue reporting Ability to follow SOPs, meet SLAs, and work independently in a remote setup Familiarity with document workflows (PDFs, forms, invoices, statements) is a plusOur Ideal Candidate Is process-oriented and consistent with quality Learns quickly and can adapt to changing workflow requirements Is comfortable working with structured trackers and operational tools Takes ownership of tasks and escalates issues early and clearly Enjoys working in a fast-paced, execution-heavy environmentIf this role interests you, follow our page to stay updated on more job opportunities and insights into how AI platforms are scaling securely and reliably in enterprise operations environments.
