Job Title: AM/Manager - FP&AJob Location: Sector 98, NoidaJob Type: Full time & OnsiteShift timings: 3:30 pm to 1 am ISTKey Responsibilities-- Annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning processes - Analyze financial performance versus budget, forecast, and prior periods; explain variances and trends - Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives, investments, and scenario planning - Deliver executive-level reporting, KPIs, and dashboards with clear narratives on performance drivers - Prepare and present monthly management reporting and executive-level dashboards - Identify risks and opportunities, and recommend actionable strategies to improve financial outcomes - Identify opportunities to optimize revenue growth, cost structure, and capital allocation - Financial due diligence for acquisitions - Enterprise KPI development and performance management frameworksQualification & Skills-- MBA from a reputed institute or CA - PQE 3-5 years - Strong financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting expertise - Advanced Excel skills - Ability to analyze complex data and communicate insights clearly to non-finance stakeholders - Immediate joiners
