Currently, we are hiring for an MNC for an International Voice Process role.Location - PuneCTC - 4.45 LPA MaxJob Title: International Voice Process – Insurance (US)Job ResponsibilitiesHandle international voice support for US insurance processes.Ensure accurate and timely processing of transactions as per defined SLAs.Meet daily production and quality targets.Maintain high standards of accuracy, touch time, and service levels.Read, understand, and process documents with strong attention to detail.Support multiple processes as per business requirements.Escalate deviations from standard processes and seek immediate assistance when required.Adhere to shift rotations and operational schedules, including weekend support when needed.Required Skills & ExperienceDomain ExpertiseStrong knowledge of US Insurance processes.Prior experience in international calling, preferably for US clients.Experience in back-office operations is an added advantage.Language & CommunicationExcellent verbal and written English communication skills.Neutral accent preferred.Strong reading comprehension and documentation skills.Technical SkillsProficient in Windows OS, MS Office, and basic image/document applications.Good typing speed: 30–35 words per minute.Professional SkillsAbility to meet quality and productivity expectations.Quick learner with adaptability to changing processes.Strong attention to detail and commitment to process compliance.Work ScheduleShift: Night shiftWorking Days: 5 days a weekFlexibility: Should be open to shift rotations and weekend support (Saturday & Sunday).Holidays: No Indian holidays (as per international process requirements).
