Hiring: MIS Lead – Founder’s OfficeLocation: IndiaOrganisation: Priyagold Biscuits & Surya Global Flexi Films (SGF)Job Type: Full-timeExperience Required: 4–8 yearsRole OverviewWe are hiring an MIS Lead to work with the Founder’s Office, responsible for enterprise-level MIS, dashboards, and management reporting across two large operating businesses — Priyagold Biscuits and Surya Global Flexi Films (SGF).This role will own the design, standardisation, automation, and governance of reporting systems across multiple departments, enabling accurate and timely decision-making at leadership level.Key Responsibilities- Act as the single point of contact for all MIS and dashboards for the Founder’s Office - Design and manage daily, weekly, and monthly MIS across departments - Build dashboards for: - Sales & Distribution - Dispatch & Logistics - Order Centralisation - Supply Chain & Production - HR & Manpower - Finance, Costs & Margins - Integrate and standardise data across both companies - Lead and coordinate a central MIS team - Design SOPs for reporting and data workflows - Automate manual processes using advanced tools - Deliver clear, accurate, decision-ready dashboardsRequired Skills & Qualifications- Advanced Excel (expert level), including VBA / Macros - Power BI and/or Tableau - SQL - Python (for automation and analytics) - Experience working with ERP-driven data (SAP / Microsoft Dynamics preferred) - Strong understanding of cross-functional business processesWhat We’re Looking For- Strong analytical and system-thinking mindset - High ownership and attention to detail - Ability to work closely with senior leadership - Experience building scalable reporting and MIS systems - Comfort working across multiple departments and data sourcesWhy This Role- Direct exposure to the Founder’s Office - Opportunity to build and own the MIS backbone across two operating companies - High-impact role with long-term growth potential
