This role will own merchant acquisition, credit portfolio growth, product collaboration, and overall profitability while maintaining high credit quality.Key Responsibilities- Lead and expand the Merchant Credit B2C vertical across geographies - Must have 100+ team handling experience. - Develop and execute credit strategies, risk frameworks & portfolio practices - Drive merchant onboarding, credit disbursal, and end-to-end customer lifecycle - Work closely with Product, Risk, Tech & Operations to build scalable solutions - Track portfolio metrics including growth, delinquency & retention - Build, mentor, and manage sales & credit operations teams - Engage with leadership and external partners to enhance offeringsRequirements- 8 to 12 years in credit / lending / merchant or B2C finance, with team leadership - Strong exposure to underwriting, portfolio management, and risk control - Proven experience in scaling business while maintaining portfolio quality - Analytical mindset with strong business acumen - Excellent leadership & stakeholder management skills - Familiarity with fintech / digital lending is a strong plusCompensationSalary: Upto 12 lpa Fixed ( Basis your Last salary)
