About the Role We are seeking a high-performing Customer Support Head to lead our customer support team, ensure excellent customer experiences, and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.Key Responsibilities:● Lead and manage the customer support team to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer queries.● Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.● Monitor customer feedback, track key performance metrics, and generate reports for management.● Resolve escalated customer issues promptly and efficiently.● Mentor and train the customer support team for better productivity and service quality.Requirements:● Graduate/Postgraduate (any discipline).● 3–5 years of experience in customer support or customer experience roles.● Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month
