Our goal is to simplify borrowing with technology and transparency, empowering individuals with quick and reliable access to credit.About the RoleWe’re seeking an experienced Sanction Head to oversee the loan sanctioning process, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely disbursement of approved applications.Key Responsibilities- Supervise and manage the loan sanctioning team. - Review applications and verify eligibility as per policy. - Ensure adherence to credit and risk guidelines. - Approve or reject loans based on analysis and documentation. - Coordinate with the verification and disbursement teams for smooth operations.Requirements- Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Business, or related field. - 3–5 years of experience in loan processing or credit assessment. - Strong analytical and decision-making skills. - Attention to detail and ability to manage a team efficiently. - Prior experience in personal loans segment. - Prior experience in policy making, payday loans, or related financial services is requiredSalary Range: ₹40,000 – ₹55,000 per month
