The intern will assist in addressing customer inquiries and concerns, ensuring customer satisfaction through timely support and engagement. Day-to-day tasks will include responding to queries, managing customer relationships, resolving issues efficiently, and working collaboratively with teams to enhance the overall customer experience.Qualifications- Proficiency in Customer Support and Customer Service - Demonstrated ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction and deliver excellent Customer Experience - Strong skills in handling Phone Etiquette and effective communication - Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills - Ability to work on-site in Noida and collaborate with cross-functional teams - Previous experience in a customer-facing role is a plus
