Project Manager – Learning SolutionsAs aProject ManageratInfopro Learning , you will play a pivotal role in leading the full project lifecycle — ensuring delivery excellence inquality, cost, and timelines . You will manage client engagements end-to-end, drive operational efficiency, and contribute toaccount growth and repeat business .This role calls for a blend ofstrong project management acumen ,client partnership skills , anddeep understanding of the eLearning industry , with a focus onadult learning principles and instructional design .Key Responsibilities End-to-End Project Management: Develop, execute, and monitor detailed project plans aligned with client requirements, delivery milestones, and business goals. Deliver Excellence: Ensure project delivery within scope, schedule, and budget while maintaining the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction. Client Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with client stakeholders, manage expectations proactively, and position Infopro Learning as a trusted partner for future opportunities. Team Collaboration: Coordinate seamlessly with cross-functional teams including SMEs, Instructional Designers, Media, and Delivery Managers to ensure smooth execution. Drive Innovation: Encourage and implement innovative ideas that lead tocost optimization ,productivity enhancement , andquality improvements . People & Performance Management: Handle day-to-day team matters — including leave planning, conflict resolution, workload management, and skill development — fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture. Operational Efficiency: Prepare and maintain accurate billing, MIS, and status reports for internal and client stakeholders. Ensure optimal utilization of all resources — people, tools, and budgets.Qualifications Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. 8+ years of experience in theonline learning / eLearning industry , managing client projects end-to-end. 5+ years of proven success inproject managementwithin the learning domain. Experience leading teams of 15+ members through all project lifecycle stages — from initiation to closure. Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills. Demonstrated ability to build and nurture long-term client relationships.Preferred: Background inInstructional Designor adult learning methodologies.
