About the Role – Program CoordinatorWe are seeking aProgram Coordinatorto lead day-to-day operations, training, and outreach at our Skill Development & Computer Literacy Centre in Noida. This role is ideal for a proactive individual with experience in education, community engagement, or skill development programs. Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and oversee daily operations of the Skill Development and Computer Literacy Centres. Facilitate and monitor training in tailoring, computer literacy, and life skills. Support trainers to ensure quality delivery of learning modules. Conduct community outreach and mobilization activities. Track student progress and prepare reports. Organize workshops on digital skills, financial literacy, and entrepreneurship. Collaborate with local partners to create employment and self-employment opportunities. Preferred Qualifications and SkillsBachelor’s or Master’s degree inSocial Work, Education, Fashion Design , or a related field. Proficiency inMS Office, Tally, and Internet tools . Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills. Prior experience intraining, teaching, or community developmentpreferred. Experience in theclothing, fashion, or marketingsector will be an added advantage. Commitment to social development and inclusive learning.
