Practice Head – F&A (UK & US Markets)Location: Noida, Gurugram, Bengaluru, CoimbatoreWork Model: Work From OfficeShift: UK HoursWe are inviting applications for the role of Practice Head – F&A (UK & US Markets).This is a niche functional leadership role responsible for managing a large team of F&A, Underwriting, and Claims professionals supporting a global Specialty P&C insurance and reinsurance service provider across UK and US markets.Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage F&A, Underwriting, and Claims operations across RI, INS, Delegated Authority, R2R, I2C, P2P, FP&A, Tax, and Statutory Reporting for Assumed and Ceded operations. - Drive transformation initiatives and operational excellence while growing business with clients. - Implement tech and data analytics-enabled operations on transaction/outcome commercials. - Manage client relationships independently, up to CXO levels, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. - Leverage Lean Six Sigma frameworks to drive continuous performance improvement and transformation. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Operations, HR, Digital, Transformation, Service Line, and Transitions. - Identify and address performance gaps and implement improvement plans. - Support new deal processes including solutioning, pricing, due diligence, transition, and stabilization. - Own end-to-end client service delivery and P&L management.Required Skills & Experience:- Deep domain knowledge across all sub-service lines within Insurance & Reinsurance F&A, Underwriting, and Claims. - Strong experience in UK and US Market F&A operations, particularly in Record to Report. - Proven ability to manage large teams and end-to-end service delivery. - Experience in collaborating with clients and teams across UK and US geographies. - Excellent analytical skills and intellectual agility. - Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.True leaders in specialty insurance turn finance, underwriting, and claims operations into strategic levers for growth across global markets.
