We are looking for enthusiastic freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of recruitment experience with excellent communication skills. Role Overview Reporting to the Delivery Head APAC , you will support sourcing and recruitment activities for high-end technology roles across the APAC region. This is an exciting opportunity for freshers to gain hands-on experience in candidate engagement, research, and building strong talent pipelines while ensuring a positive candidate experience. Key Responsibilities Support the end-to-end recruitment process under guidance, including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates. Engage with candidates daily via calls, emails, and other platforms. Build and maintain candidate databases and talent pools. Assist in conducting LinkedIn research and other online sourcing activities. Provide timely updates and ensure a seamless candidate experience. Collaborate closely with the recruitment team and hiring managers to understand requirements. What We Are Looking For Experience: Freshers or up to 1 year in recruitment. Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, strong interpersonal skills, and eagerness to learn. Mindset: Adaptable, proactive, and motivated to build a career in recruitment.
