Skills : UI Path Experience : 7-12 Years Location : Greater Noida Job Description: Lead the design, development, and deployment of UiPath-based automation solutions across P&C insurance functions. Analyze complex insurance processes (e.g., claims adjudication, policy issuance, endorsements, renewals) to identify automation opportunities. Collaborate with underwriters, claims analysts, and operations teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Architect reusable components and frameworks for insurance-specific automation use cases. Ensure compliance with regulatory and data privacy standards (e.g., NAIC, GDPR, HIPAA). Mentor junior developers and enforce RPA best practices, including exception handling, logging, and security. Integrate UiPath with core insurance platforms (e.g., Guidewire, Duck Creek, legacy systems) and third-party APIs. Monitor bot performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements.
