• Technical, organizational, and cultural leadership for the team. • Build the team by hiring individual contributors, ensuring a healthy mix of talent across seniority, styles, and backgrounds. • As a member of the Azure Spark leadership team, work in alignment with other sites and leaders to define joint technical strategy and execution plans. • Product and live site quality, including processes and practices that ensure we deliver a product the team is proud of. • Build and enhance the Azure Spark ecosystem in the areas of performance, Scale, security, availability, and enterprise readiness. • Owning the Spark deliverables and driving them to end to end, all the way from gathering requirements, development, testing, deployment to ensuring high availability post-deployment.
