For more details visit us at Job Title: Sr. Executive - Employee Referral SPOC Experience Required: 4-6 Years Location: Noida Department: Talent Acquisition / Transformation Reporting To: Lead Employee Referral Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to lead and manage the Employee Referral Program. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving referral-based hiring, enhancing employee engagement, and ensuring operational excellence in referral processes. Key Responsibilities: Referral Program Management Own and manage end-to-end employee referral processes. Launch and promote referral campaigns across business units. Track referral submissions, conversions, and payouts. Stakeholder Engagement Collaborate with hiring managers and TA team to identify referral-friendly roles. Engage with employees to drive participation and awareness. Operational Excellence Ensure timely processing of referral profiles. Maintain accurate data in ATS and dashboards. Monitor SLAs and ensure closure of referral cases within defined timelines. Analytics & Reporting Generate weekly/monthly reports on referral performance. Analyze trends and suggest improvements to increase referral effectiveness. Compliance & Communication Ensure adherence to referral policy and payout guidelines. Communicate status updates to employees and stakeholders regularly. Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in managing employee referral programs in an IT or tech-driven environment . Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in ATS tools and Excel-based reporting. Ability to drive campaigns and influence employee participation. Detail-oriented with a focus on process compliance and data accuracy. Preferred Qualifications: MBA (HR) preferably from a fairly reputed institute Experience in a mid-to-large scale IT organization.
