In order to succeed in this position, the candidate must be organized and have excellent time management skills. Job Description : ● Project allocation ● Capacity Management ● Team Management ● Monitor and execute projects within the given timeline ● Adhere and achieve KPI’s ● Forecast and flag project related concerns proactively ● Manage communications with multiple stakeholders ● Handle escalations ● Deep dive to understand RCA and AIs ● Digging out and analyzing numbers ● Prepare reports ● Draft and share MoMs after meetings ● Act as a partner to the client - provide solutions ● Be proactive - project management and process evaluation Candidate Profile: ● Proactive, well coordinated & ability to plan tasks efficiently ● Excellent written and communications skills ● Confident and Empathic listener ● Pleasing personality, receptive to feedback and positive attitude towards the profile Note : The responsibilities are not restricted to the above defined KRA.
