Team Lead – Cambridge Faculty

1. Team Leadership & Management * Lead, mentor, and manage a team of demo teachers specializing in the Cambridge curriculum. * Plan schedules and ensure demo teachers are adequately trained and aligned with the latest curriculum and pedagogy. * Set performance goals, conduct regular reviews, and provide constructive feedback to team members. 2. Demo Content Management * Own the continuous improvement and updating of Demo PowerPoint Presentations (PPTs) in alignment with the latest Cambridge curriculum changes and internal branding standards. * Ensure subject-specific accuracy, age-appropriateness, and engagement value in all demo materials. * Collaborate with subject experts and graphic designers (if applicable) for high-quality demo assets. 3. Premier Demo Delivery * Personally deliver high-stakes or premium demo sessions (Premier Demos) to prospective parents and students, showcasing best-in-class teaching practices. * Serve as the “face” of academic delivery quality for high-profile leads. * Analyze audience response and adapt demo approach for maximum conversion. KPIs (Key Performance Indicators): * Demo-to-conversion rate (%) improvement over time. * Quality Score of demo sessions (based on audits). * Timely and accurate updates to demo content (PPTs, materials). * Demo team performance metrics (e.g., punctuality, quality, feedback scores). * Number and quality of Premier Demos conducted. * Training sessions conducted per quarter. * Reduction in demo rescheduling or parent dissatisfaction incidents.
