Job Title: Academic Counselling Trainee Duration: 6 Months Work Mode: Work from Home (Laptop Mandatory) Languages Required: English & Hindi About the Role: We are hiring Academic Counselling Trainees to support students and faculty by addressing queries, resolving concerns, and ensuring smooth communication. Please note, this is an academic counselling role (guiding students on courses and processes) and not related to psychology counselling. Key Responsibilities: Conduct outbound calls to address student and faculty queries. Gather structured feedback and highlight areas for improvement. Resolve concerns promptly or escalate to the concerned team when needed. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions. Share updates related to batches, class reschedules, and announcements. Support in improving student satisfaction by identifying and following up on recurring issues. Requirements: Strong verbal communication skills in both Hindi and English. Basic knowledge of Google Sheets and documentation. Empathetic, patient, and solution-oriented approach. Must have a personal laptop and reliable internet connection.
