You’ve worked in labs, led training programs, and can inspire students, mentors, and institutions alike. What You’ll DoProgram Leadership Design and lead impactful training modules on Mobilab’s devices for MLT/DMLT students and nursing staff Conduct engaging sessions, hands-on demos, and certification programs Host train-the-trainer initiatives and build content for digital learning Stakeholder Engagement Collaborate with healthcare institutes, skill councils, and regulatory bodies Coordinate with internal product, clinical, and deployment teams Ensure high standards of learning delivery and monitor student outcomes Operational Excellence Maintain program documentation, feedback mechanisms, and reports Drive program growth through quality assurance and continuous improvement Qualifications & SkillsEducation: M.Sc. in MLT / Clinical Pathology / Biochemistry (PhD preferred) Experience: 4–5 years in diagnostics, clinical training, or healthcare skilling. Minimum 2–3 years teaching experience in healthcare institutes.
