ASSOCIATE AREA HEAD (Noida)

Program: SIP Abacus Reporting to: State Head Work location: Western UP (NCR) SIP Abacus, Plot No Gh-03 sector 16 Ajnara homes Noida extension, Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh - 201305 Languagesto be known: English and Marathi (must) and Hindi UG Degree: Salary: 7.5 - 8 LPA Experience: 4- 6 years The ideal candidate should be holding experience in Channel Management (Franchisee acquisition or dealing with Distributors) Job Responsibilities: • Supporting (area)’s Franchisees to achieve their new business targets. • Conducting parents meeting, Franchisee meeting, Orientation programmes, PPT Presentation in the various meetings, activities and event. • Supporting the Franchisees in retaining program children by giving presentations and explaining the benefits to the parents. • Supporting the State Head in getting new franchisee leads & New franchisee sign up. • Conducting business activities in Schools & in local aeras for new business. • 20 to 25 LCLs need to me managed, this includes franchisee support and monitoring. • For School business- number of Schools estimated to support / manage: 40 to 50 schools.
