The Financial Analyst will be responsible for financial planning, preparing financial statements, conducting in-depth analysis of data, and generating financial reports to support decision-making. The individual will assist in tracking company performance, forecasting financial outcomes, and assessing key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure alignment with Guildstars' strategic goals.QualificationsProficiency in Financial Planning and the ability to prepare and manage budgetsStrong Analytical Skills to evaluate data trends and derive actionable insightsExperience with Financial Statements and Financial ReportingSolid understanding of Finance principles for business strategiesExcellent proficiency in financial modeling and use of financial software toolsDetail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlinesBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. A master’s degree or CFA certification is a plusProficiency in advanced Microsoft Excel; knowledge of financial systems and tools is an advantageEffective communication skills to present financial data clearly to team members and stakeholders
