We’re Hiring: Outreach Expert (Email + LinkedIn)We’re looking for a sharp, execution-focused Outreach Expert to join iMarketo & ConnectedStars and help us build a strong outbound engine.This role is ideal for someone who understands how to combine strategy + content + execution to generate high-quality leads and conversations.What You’ll DoYou will own and drive outbound outreach across email and LinkedIn, with full responsibility for performance.Design and execute cold email campaigns end-to-endRun LinkedIn outreach campaigns (connection, messaging, follow-ups)Build target audience lists and segmentation strategiesWrite high-converting copy for emails, LinkedIn messages, and sequencesContinuously test and optimize subject lines, messaging, and flowsWork closely with founders to shape outbound strategy and positioningTrack performance metrics like open rates, reply rates, and conversionsEnsure deliverability best practices (domains, warmups, etc.)What We’re Looking ForStrong hands-on experience in email outreach tools (Instanly, Lemlist, Smartlead, etc.)Proven track record of generating meetings via outbound campaignsExcellent copywriting skills with a clear, persuasive toneDeep understanding of ICP building and targetingExperience with LinkedIn outreach workflows and automation toolsAnalytical mindset with ability to iterate based on dataSelf-driven and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup setupBonus Points If You HaveExperience in B2B / agency / SaaS outboundUnderstanding of sales funnels and GTM strategyFamiliarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)Ability to think beyond execution and contribute to growth strategyWhy Join UsAt iMarketo & ConnectedStars, you’ll be working directly with founders and playing a key role in building the outbound growth engine from the ground up.High ownership.
