Job Title: SAP Business Analyst & Procurement Process improvementRole Overview:We are looking for a skilled SAP Business Analyst to support procurement digitalization and continuous process improvement initiatives. Willingness for internal customer-oriented cooperation in project management. Analytic and critical thinking. Cost-benefit analysis. Creation or report and dashboards Evaluate, plan and implement improvements in processes, practices and organizational effectiveness. As well as the definition, development, monitoring and continuous improvement of the ERP and sub-systems. Implement digital solutions to accelerate and automate repetitive or/and manual activities to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of purchasing operations. Understand business issues and provide solutions that maximize the purchasing value. Ensure process standardization and data integrity/quality.Key Responsibilities:- Continuous enhancement of SAP transactions & processes to increase efficiency in Procurement. - Testing and of new approval transactions in SAP and connections (e.g. RFC) to SAP System. - ·Gather, validate and document procurement requirements. Identify issues, risks and benefits of existing and proposed solutions. - Ensure data hygiene in existing SAP Systems (analyze, report gaps & support the regions) - Monitor and ensure the implementation of new developments, and continuous training of key users defined in each country. - Write user manual & processes instructions. - Continuous communication with regional/country key users and local teams to ensure proper implementation, quick resolution of bugs and potential improvements. - Strategic projects of Procurement Systems - Procurement systems KPIs - Annual PBOs - Finance information related to Purchasing - Approved annual budget - The opening is to support procurement with digitalization and continuous improvements.Requirements:- Experience in SAP MM (ECC or S/4HANA) - Strong understanding of Procurement / P2P processes - Experience in process improvement / automation - Knowledge of SAP integrations (RFC, IDoc preferred) - Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills - Fluent English (German is a plus)Interested candidates can share their CVs at:kajalk@
