Role Overview​Collective Ace is executing a ​buy and build (M&A) strategy in the video gaming ​industry. The company is seeking a high-caliber Senior Investment Associate responsible for translating complex financial data and operational milestones into preparation and updates of investor materials, financial models, case studies  and  investor engagement, and transaction execution. This is a core support role at the intersection of ​big picture strategy and hands on execution.Location:​ IndiaReports to: CEO (Parth Das)Start Date: Q2 2026Key ResponsibilitiesBuild investor-grade financial models for core business, M&A, and group-level planningBe responsible for data room readiness and assist in coordinating investor due diligenceSupport CEO and Board on capital allocation, integration forecasting, and scenario modelingPrepare investor materials, forecasts, and board reporting packagesCoordinate with the CFO/controller on underlying data and reporting accuracyIdeal Background​4+ years in investment ​ relations, or investment banking​,​ or private equity​,​ or growth equity, or corporate development​Being hands on and having very strong attention to detail in executing the day-to-day taskPrevious experience with investor processes and experience building detailed financial modelsFamiliarity with media, mobile gaming, or consumer IP roll-ups is a strong plusIndia-based, with capacity to occasional travel if necessaryStrong presentation and stakeholder management skills; investor credibility is essential
