Ad Operations Executive

We are looking for an Ad Operations Executive to handle the end-to-end execution of brand campaigns. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams and ensuring timely, efficient campaign delivery.Key Responsibilities: 1. Campaign Management: Oversee the full campaign lifecycle from client onboarding to reporting and invoicing. 2. Ad Trafficking: QC media plan setup, process ad trafficking requests, and generate/test ad tags. 3. Client Interaction: Maintain regular communication with clients to manage content/creative requirements and provide updates. 4. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Tech, Design, and Finance teams to ensure smooth campaign execution. 5. Technical Support: Implement ad tracking codes, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure proper ad serving. 6. Reporting & Invoicing: Provide campaign performance reports and manage the invoicing process.Requirements : 1-2 years of relevant ad ops experience, preferably with a news publisher.
