The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in IT services sales, client acquisition, account management, and team leadership. This role requires hands-on involvement in lead generation, proposal management, negotiations, and closing high-value IT services deals.Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage US IT sales operations, focusing on IT services and staffing solutions - Generate new business through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and networking - Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of US clients (Direct Clients & MSPs) - Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT services, staffing, and consulting solutions - Own the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure - Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service-level agreements (SLAs) - Collaborate with recruitment, delivery, and account management teams - Mentor and guide junior sales team members to achieve targets - Maintain accurate records in CRM tools and prepare sales reports - Stay updated with US IT market trends, competitor analysis, and pricing modelsRequired Skills & Qualifications- 2 to 4+ years of experience in US IT Sales / Business Development - Strong knowledge of IT services, IT staffing, and consulting models - Proven track record of closing deals in the US market - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills - Experience working with Direct Clients, MSPs, and VMS platforms - Ability to work independently in US shifts - Proficient in CRM tools, MS Office, and sales automation tools
