We are #hiring for a leading education NGO!Job Description:-Responsible for leading global tax & regulatory compliance across India, US & Singapore.-Will oversee financial governance, accounting, legal oversight, and risk mitigation for diversified portfolios.-Maintaining multi-entity financial reporting, internal controls, and audit framework with accuracy and timelines.-Reporting cash flows & treasury operations ensuring liquidity, banking relationships, and investment safety.-Setting up governance controls, compliance systems, and financial discipline for family office entities.-Preparing MIS dashboards, strategic financial reports, scenario planning, and investment analytics for leadership.-Finalisation of accounts, statutory & internal audits, tax strategy, and regulatory filings.-Managing stakeholder relationships with auditors, wealth managers, legal advisors, tax consultants & banks.-Overseeing philanthropic capital planning, compliance, and alignment with long-term impact goals.Job Requirements: / MBA Finance with 15 years of progressive leadership experience.-Experience in global taxation, multi-country compliance, and diversified portfolio management.-Strong expertise in governance, risk controls, legal frameworks, and financial systems.-Ability to manage wealth, real estate, philanthropy, and investment structures.-Strong analytical mindset, confidentiality, stakeholder management & crisis handling.-Experience with audit environments, MIS reporting, investment evaluation, and treasury operations.Send your CV to: reni.manu@
