We are committed to ensuring client satisfaction by delivering the right talent at the right time.We are seeking a detailed Data & Reporting Analyst to join our team and provide regular and ad-hoc reports within the ATS as well as excel, develop and share insights related to performance with Team Lead, and track weekly, monthly KPI's across the company.The IDEAL candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a Data Analyst (or similar) role, strong Excel skills, and an understanding of the staffing industry.RESPONSIBILITIESATS Administration:- Serve as the primary administrator for the JobDiva Applicant Tracking System, ensuring accurate and timely data entry and maintenance. - Conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity and compliance with established processes and procedures. - Stay updated on new features and capabilities of the ATS and recommend upgrades or enhancements as needed.Performance Data Analyst:- Analyze performance data, including completion times, productivity trends, and key performance indicators (KPIs). - Create and distribute scheduled reports (e.g., weekly, monthly, quarterly) as well as ad-hoc reports upon request. - Develop data visualization dashboards to present insights in a clear and actionable manner - Identify patterns, trends, and areas for improvement in workforce efficiency. - Evaluate current data tracking and reporting processes, identifying opportunities for automation and improvement.REQUIREMENTS- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field - At least 3 years of experience in a role involving data analysis/reporting, or operational performance - Proficiency in data management and analysis, with advanced Excel skills (V-lookup, pivot tables, etc.) - Experience working within ATS/CRM/ERP systems, report generation, and data visualization/dashboards - Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
