To Plan and Lead all activities related to planning, roll-out, management and monitoring & evaluation activities for the Skilling and Entrepreneurship development Programmes in the allotted Skilling Centers within the assigned city/cluster - Skilling Programme: Magic Bus, through its network of 50+ centres, runs Life Skills based employment linked skilling programme for young men & women from marginalized & underserved communities - Entrepreneurship Development Programme (EDP): Magic Bus runs micro-entrepreneurship programme for aspiring entrepreneurs which help them learn the basics of business concepts & practices, do market studies & create business plans, mobilize capital & set up small businesses leveraging local market needsKey Responsibility Areas Work with RLH & Regional Operations Manager (ROM) to plan and lead effective & efficient management of Skilling & EDP programs  Responsible for timely & complete achievement of all key project deliverables like Community & Employer network building, Enrolments, Placements, and Retention in Jobs through the allotted Skilling Centers  Plan and lead company expansion through market assessment activities in the assigned City/Cluster to keep tab on Labor market information and devise & propose strategies for effective alignment of existing programs, and design & propose new programs  Plan and lead project location identification, and set up activities within the agreed timeline & agreed standards  Continuous Monitoring & Evaluation for regular health check of the projects, and appropriate course-corrections  Lead and participate in the Mobilization and Outreach activities  Lead and participate in the Placement and Employer-connect activities  Mentor and Coach all assigned Skilling Centres’ Staff in the City/Cluster for high performance and complete alignment with policies & procedures  Be accountable and responsible for complete implementation, adherence and achievement of the focussed Projects Hygiene & Governance Indicators in the assigned City/Cluster  Be accountable and responsible for complete accuracy and validity of the MIS and Data reporting of the assigned City/Cluster  Support the RLH & ROM with reporting activities of the assigned City/Cluster in the form of mandatory periodic reports creation and sharing  Liaise and extend support to all local frontline stakeholders like Funders and other Agencies  Liaise and extend support to all internal stakeholders like Livelihoods division team, sustainability team and other departments & functions Plan and lead special initiatives & projects as assigned & delegated for the region  Continuously innovate for better delivery, better project, better staff and better offeringDesirables Understanding of the Skill ecosystem in India including knowledge about CSR driven, NSDC-driven, DGT-driven and Industry-driven skill ecosystems  Labor market information including industrial clusters, prevailing wages, work hours, skill requirements, and employment possibilities  In-depth knowledge of all components of an Employability Training project like Mobilization, Youth screening & profiling, Counselling, Skill Training, Placement & post-Placement, and MIS & Reporting  An understanding of the business economy and its changing dynamics w.r.t. new jobs, new competency requirements, jobs becoming redundant, new sectors, etc.  Knowledge of various employment exchange models (digital, hybrid and offline) for better understanding and alignment of Magic Bus programmes’ practices & standardsSkills Excellent project & operations management skills which include devise and use project/account plans, budgets, monitoring & evaluation, and other financial information  Excellent Staffing and People Management skills  Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, (including the preparation of MIS, Reports and Communication material)  Highly Tech-savvyAttributes Ability to successfully operate under high-pressure, stressful and time-bound work environment  Ability to work with and influence people at all levels  Maintain a positive attitude and go-getter attitude at all times  Ability to network and liaise for cooperation & collaboration with all stakeholders, internal & external  Able to work comfortably in a changing organisationAcademic and Professional Requirement Minimum 8-10 years of total work experience within which minimum 03 years in a multi-center management role in the Skilling industry  Post-graduation in Management/MSW/Social Science  Experience of managing multiple skilling centers is highly desirable  Experience in Market scan and Employer relationship building activities  Experience of managing internal relationships within multi-disciplinary teams  Willing to travel extensively within the assigned City/Cluster
