Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer at NovoStackExperience: 3–4 yearsLocation: Noida, Uttar PradeshRole Type: Full-timeAbout the Role:We’re looking for a Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer who can ensure our products are reliable, scalable, and bug-free before they reach our users. You should have solid experience in both manual and automation testing, a strong grasp of testing frameworks and methodologies, and a keen eye for detail to catch what others might miss.This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, product-driven environment, takes ownership of quality across the development lifecycle, and loves collaborating with developers, product managers, and designers to ship world-class solutions.Key Responsibilities:- Design, develop, and execute test cases, test plans, and test scripts. - Perform manual testing for functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT). - Create and maintain automated test scripts (Selenium / Cypress / Playwright / similar tools). - Collaborate with developers, product managers, and business teams to understand requirements and ensure test coverage. - Identify, log, and track bugs; verify fixes and regression test accordingly. - Ensure QA processes are followed across the SDLC. - Support continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) pipelines by integrating automation tests. - Provide regular QA reports and quality metrics to stakeholders.Required Skills & Qualifications:- 3–4 years of professional experience in Software QA (manual + automation). - Strong knowledge of SDLC, STLC, defect life cycle, and testing methodologies. - Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, TestNG, JUnit, Postman (for API testing). - Experience with SQL for database validation and queries. - Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab, GitHub Actions, etc.). - Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies. - Experience with task tracking/project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana. - Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to troubleshoot effectively. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Nice to Have:- Experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner). - Exposure to mobile app testing (Android/iOS).Why Join NovoStack?- Own What You Build: Work on meaningful products with full-stack ownership. - Grow with Us: Transparent growth path toward technical or people leadership. - Collaborative Culture: Be part of a team that values creativity, clarity, and clean code. - Startup Energy, Strong Process: Enjoy the speed of a startup with the stability of structure. - Global Projects, Local Impact: Build for users across the world while shaping NovoStack’s tech foundation.Send in your resumes at: hr@
