Business Analyst

Job Summary:We are looking for an experiencedBusiness Analyst (BA)with deep expertise in theOil & Gas industry, particularlyFrac operations. The ideal candidate should have strong skills indata analysis, mathematical modeling,anddata visualization, and be capable of translating complex business needs into actionable insights and technical requirements. Key Responsibilities: Serve as aSubject Matter Expert (SME)for Oil & Gas – focusing on Frac operations, drilling, and production analytics. Translate business needs into clearfunctional requirements and user storiesfor SaaS-based solutions. Design and validatedata-driven charts and visualizations(e.g., time-series graphs, pressure vs. depth charts). Collaborate with product, engineering, and operations teams to gather requirements and ensure delivery accuracy. Identify and improve existing workflows for enhanced operational efficiency. Required Skills & Qualifications: 7+ yearsof experience as a Business Analyst, preferably withinOil & Gas software solutions. Strong understanding ofFrac operations, drilling, completions, and reservoir engineering. Hands-on experience withSaaS platformsandBI tools(Power BI, Tableau, or similar). Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Experience working in anAgileenvironment. Preferred Qualifications: Experience withOil & Gas SaaS providers. Familiarity withmachine learning applicationsfor predictive analytics. Understanding ofindustry standardssuch as WITSML, PPDM, and RESQML.
