Ability to quickly learn and participate in collaboration with multiple teams. Good communication and presentation skills. Good knowledge on Metrics analysis. Prior experience of working in process driven projects. Ability to understand business needs and built quality framework for internal and external customers. Have a good knowledge of Agile Framework Have a very good knowledge of CMMI Framework and process areasRequired skills : Competencies/Skills: Minitab or other statistical application CMMI level 5 High Maturity Model Agile, Kaizen Personal Qualities: Self-starter Excellent team player Good process analysis skills Excellent communication skills
