The ideal candidate will comeexclusively from the education industry , with a proven track record in managing end-to-end admissions, building consultant networks, and achieving enrollment targets in management programs. Key ResponsibilitiesStrategize, plan, and execute annual admission drives for MBA/PGDM programs. Develop and strengthen consultant, corporate, and institutional partnerships for quality admissions. Lead and mentor the admissions team to achieve defined targets. Work closely with thedigital marketing teamto effectivelyhandle digital leadsand ensureconversion into confirmed admissions . Conduct market analysis to identify new regions and segments for student outreach. Represent the institution at education fairs, events, and industry interactions. Ensure a seamless, transparent, and student-focused admission process. Candidate ProfileMust be from theeducation industry(mandatory). Minimum 5yearsof experience in MBA/PGDM admissions. Strong experience indigital lead management and conversions . Established network of education consultants and institutional partners. Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills. Strategic, result-oriented, and highly organized professional.
