In this role, you will identify new business opportunities, craft winning proposals, and build long-term client relationships. You will play a key role in expanding our global footprint and driving consistent revenue growth.Key Responsibilities- Generate qualified leads and build a robust sales pipeline through Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, PPH, Guru, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. - Write persuasive and client-focused proposals to win projects. - Negotiate effectively with prospects and close deals to achieve revenue targets. - Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring repeat and referral business. - Collaborate with internal delivery teams to align client requirements with services. - Conduct market and competitor research to identify growth opportunities. - Explore upselling/cross-selling opportunities for additional services.Skills & Qualifications- 3+ years of proven experience in Upwork bidding, business development, or lead generation. - Strong expertise in proposal writing, client communication, and negotiation. - Hands-on experience with Sales Navigator, Lusha, Apollo, and freelance platforms. - Ability to identify, pitch, and close high-value international clients. - Prior experience in selling Web Development, Mobile Apps, or Digital Marketing services is preferred. - Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.What We Offer- Opportunity to work with global clients across multiple industries. - Work-from-home flexibility with day/night shift options. - A supportive team culture with 15+ professionals. - Attractive salary with growth-based incentives. - Long-term career progression in business development and international sales.
