This is a full-time, 5-day working role aligned withUS EST hours .Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional with prior experience inselling services ,B2B client acquisition , andoutsourcing solutions . The ideal candidate should have a proven record of dealing withAmerican customers , driving lead generation, and closing business opportunities.Key Responsibilities: Identify and engage potential clients across the US market for staffing and outsourcing services. Develop and execute strategies to generate qualified leads and build long-term relationships. Conduct client calls, virtual meetings, and presentations to pitch service offerings. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and project delivery. Meet and exceed monthly business targets and KPIs.Requirements: 1–3 years of experience inBusiness Development / SaleswithinB2B or outsourcing services . Prior experience in dealing withUS-based clientsis a must. Excellentverbal and written communication skills . Strong negotiation and relationship management abilities.
