Job Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES ●      Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and surpass sales targets for SaaS IT products. ●      Prospect and convert new clients while owning the full sales cycle (prospecting, demo, negotiation, closure). ●      Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients through effective communication and product presentations. ●      Work with Product & Marketing to sharpen campaigns and create qualified pipeline. ●      Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to adapt sales strategies accordingly. ●      Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and maintain accurate records of sales activities using CRM software. REQUIREMENTS ●      Track record of achieving sales or revenue targets ●      Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. ●      Ability to work independently, with a results-driven mindset and a proactive approach to sales. ●      This will be an addon: Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools. ●      Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT or a related field. ●      1–3 years of proven experience in B2B SaaS/IT sales. ●      Bonus: Experience in Fintech, BFSI, Gaming, or E-commerce ●      Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
