Junior Project Manager

Profile: Project Manager Shift: US Shift (Night shift) Job Location: Sector 98, Noida Duties: • Receiving incoming work assignments from PMs and assigning work to appropriate resources • Utilize available tools and ensure efficiency, productivity, and cost effectiveness • Keep constant communication with PMs, forecast workload, identify processes which require improvement, and report any issues which may impact the department. • Maintain list of task assignments, and batch statuses • Ensure timely delivery of projects • Monitor daily production of assigned projects • Communicate daily with linguists and QA team • Ensure processes used meet all client and vendor contractual requirements • Provide the translation team with all necessary tools to meet client expectations; i.e. glossary and guidelines • Perform data entry to facilitate proper and timely invoicing Skills/Qualifications: • Experience with production or a project management environment • Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) • Comfortable with learning new technology • Attention to detail, and ability to multitask • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment • Ability to prioritize work to efficiently balance multiple projects and deadlines
