Our Cloud Engineering and Business Experience organization is part of HCLSoftware Central Engineering and focuses on creating innovative cloud-based platforms and portals that enable customers to seamlessly interact with our products. Position Overview We are seeking experienced Product Managers to drive the strategy and execution of our cloud-based platforms. These roles involve working closely with the existing product management, engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and business outcomes. Roles and Responsibilities The Product Manager positions have the following roles and responsibilities: Develop and execute the product strategy for the customer facing portals, HCLSoftware Marketplace and My HCLSoftware , focusing on user engagement and satisfaction. Define and prioritize product roadmaps, aligning with business goals and customer needs. Define and prioritize features for customer portals based on business requirements and customer feedback. Work with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and engaging user experiences. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform product decisions. Collaborate with engineering teams to develop and deliver new features and enhancements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of customer portals with other systems. Work with product, marketing and sales teams to promote and drive adoption of customer portals. Monitor and analyze platform business and performance metrics and identify areas for improvement. Analyze customer feedback and usage data to identify areas for improvement and optimization. Develop and maintain product documentation and training materials. Manage the product backlog and prioritize features for development. Qualifications Product Manager positions require the following qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience of 6-8 years as a Product Manager in a software or technology company. Strong understanding of cloud technologies and platforms. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
