Who can apply: MBA HR / Engineering Graduates – passed out in 2025 Job description • Sourcing candidates using Job portals, social media etc. • Assessing the candidates as per the job mandate • Lining up of candidates for Interview • Follow up on the interview status and managing candidate pipeline Who should join us The ideal candidate will have a combination of following aspects Inclination to make a mark in the field of Human Resources (Talent Acquisition) Excellent relationship management / people engagement skills Superior communication skills Ability to work in tight deadlines A very not so common attribute called “Common-sense” For the initial 6 months the sucessful associates will be paid a salary of INR 20 K per month (inclusive of benefits) Post successful completion of training the candidate can expect a permanent job offer for salary up to INR 4.2 lacs per annum* (inclusive of retiral benefits & performance based incentives) *Basis performance during the training period.
