Executive – Internal Communications and Editorial

JOB PURPOSE To develop impactful content and coordinate across internal channels, ensuring consistency, timeliness, and relevance for employees. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and deliver high-quality written content such as creative emailers and other communication assets tailored for diverse internal audiences. Partner with cross-functional teams including HR, Corporate Units, and Brand to ensure messaging consistency and alignment with organisational objectives. Coordinate for planning and execution of editorials including monthly newsletters/annual publications by collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring timely, engaging delivery. Steer interactions with internal stakeholders and external vendors to support and execute communication initiatives effectively. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in internal communications to bring fresh, innovative approaches that enhance employee engagement. Measurable Deliverables Quality of content Stakeholder management Timely execution of campaigns Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred. Experience 1-3 years of experience in internal communications/ journalism, preferably within the services industry.
