What does a successful Compliance Analyst do at Fiserv? As a Compliance Analyst you will be responsible for reviewing artifacts for our Audit Software Development Life Cycle framework, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. In addition to traditional auditing responsibilities, this role will involve a strong focus on data analytics, data analysis, and experience with emerging A.I. technologies. You will have strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets. What you will do Conduct audits and reviews of artifacts related to the Fiserv Audit Software Development Life Cycle framework. Analyze data to identify trends, anomalies, and areas of improvement in compliance processes. Utilize data analytics tools to extract, transform, and analyze data sets. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven solutions for process improvement. Develop and maintain reports and dashboards for compliance monitoring and reporting. Conduct risk assessments and evaluate controls to ensure adherence to standards. Stay updated on regulatory changes and industry best practices related to compliance auditing. Assist in the development of audit strategies and plans based on data insights. What you will need to have: 4+ years of experience in auditing and compliance. 4+ years of experience in compliance data management and regulatory analysis methods. Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance business, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, work. What would be great to have: Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the financial services industry. Knowledge of SDLC processes and auditing frameworks. Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools. Experience with emerging A.I. technologies. Important info about this role: We’re better together!
